Adrianna Loveday

Registered Psychologist
Adrianna is a registered psychologist who is deeply passionate about the power of psychology to make a perpetual, positive impact on individuals. She spent many years as a corporate psychologist transforming a range of leading international psychology consultancies, and their high-profile clients. She has also advised, trained and coached individuals and leaders around mental health
interventions, within some of the world’s leading organisations including Pfizer, Eli Lilly, Qantas, Boral, Australia Post, IBM, West, AFL, and extensively across the Australian government. Her rich corporate career has enabled her to work across varied, complex, and unpredictable environments where she has witnessed and nurtured individuals in psychological distress.
As a therapist in private practice, Adrianna’s approach is grounded, encouraging, and occasionally confronting. Her genuine warmth and compassion create a safe space for her clients. She sees being invited into others’ inner worlds as a privilege. She believes the key to long-term change is addressing the root causes of the difficulties her clients struggle with whether it be self-esteem issues, grief, or perfectionism. She is interested in helping others set goals, and live according to their values, so that relationships and well-being flourish.
Adrianna provides hope and optimism to her clients. She remains steadfast to her core belief that humans are fundamentally resilient, that they will bounce back from crisis and suffering, from global pandemics, bushfires, workplace redundancies, financial turmoil, tumultuous divorce, and with professional guidance and support, they will often revert to the best version of themselves. This thinking provides a beacon of light for her clients.
