Patient Information

Effective from 1 June 2025

After 12 years of proudly offering bulk-billing services to our local community, Pyrmont Doctors will be making an important change to our billing policy.

From 1 June 2025, we will be introducing a gap fee (out-of-pocket fee) for some consultations. This decision has not been made lightly. However, the ongoing challenges of an unsustainably low Medicare rebate have made it necessary for us to adjust our billing structure in order to continue delivering the high-quality care and services our patients expect and deserve.
