Belinda is a warm and person-centred psychologist who practices using a range of evidence-based treatments including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Schema Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.

Belinda primarily works with adults with the following concerns: adjustment issues, depression, social anxiety, OCD, self-esteem issues, perfectionism, lack of motivation for study or dissatisfaction with work, trauma, and relationship difficulties. She tailors her therapeutic modalities to suit the client and works within a mindfulness space, utilising techniques such as early intervention, emotion regulation, and attachment therapy, CBT, ACT and Schema.

Belinda is committed to empowering individuals so they have the confidence to enact positive change. She is also passionate about prevention and advocates for addressing not only the presenting symptoms but also any underlying issues driving these symptoms.
